As a team member of the 4P in-house marketing team, you will have various responsibilities, such as creating the newsletters and writing, scheduling social media posts, tasks such as these will boost your marketing knowledge. Every day consists of new challenges and opportunities. But what does a typical work week at 4P square look like?
1. Sharing and gathering knowledge
The periods in which you assist the in-house marketing team are meant to learn and gain knowledge. Knowledge that you take with you to your next project. Consultants learn a lot from each other because the internal marketing team changes frequently. The knowledge you gain this way is invaluable in the rapidly evolving world of marketing.
2. Marketing meetings
Weekly marketing meetings get you started, which is why we start our Mondays at 4P square with a marketing meeting. There you will meet with Paul, the marketing manager and your other colleagues from the marketing team to discuss what tasks have been completed and what remains to be done. This way, everyone is aware of upcoming actions.
These marketing meetings take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, after which you work more easily on your assignments and plan the rest of your week.
3. What is my role as a marketing consultant for 4P square between 2 projects?
Between external projects, you’ll support the internal marketing team. This includes writing blog articles, creating ads, preparing and scheduling social media posts. On top of that, you’ll learn to write and edit newsletters within ClickDimensions.
Maintaining the website is also part of the internal consultants’tasks. You will be responsible for adding new consultants, keeping your own page up-to-date and adding blog articles. You will also get the chance to modify the website where necessary, if you think a certain page could be more aesthetically lined up, indicate it and maybe you can create your own idea.
