Gain knowledge and experience quickly

During your first week at 4P square, you fill out a learning & development passport, outlining what skills you possess and where you still want to grow. In collaboration with the HR manager & the Marketing manager, you draw up a growth plan, making use of both training and learning on the job. In addition, as a Marketing Consultant, you are entitled to a number of training days per year.

Events & networking opportunities

We regularly organize 4P square cafés to provide the opportunity to bond with your fellow Marketing Consultants at 4P square. During these meetings, there is a dinner and an inspiring guest speaker each time. Afterwards, there is an opportunity for networking. We also plan a larger team building event twice a year.
