Our mission
4P square offers business and strategy consulting & interim management in marketing & sales to medium sized and large organisations by growing a diverse community of excellent professionals.
Our founding story
Our consultancy story started in 2002, with a somewhat unexpected first client. A mobile operator in Jordan, some 4.931 km away from our office. Our company existed of only two marketing consultants at that time. We are very proud of the job we did, and were glad that a Jordan company trusted a brand new marketing consultancy agency to help.
Shortly after, our second customer was a fact. A Dutch electricity and gas supplier asked 4P square to develop a B2B and B2C marketing plan and strategy, with the help of experienced marketing experts. Additionally, we initiated a successful innovation project.
The key to our success? Long story short: setting clear goals and turning them into reality. As well as using tried-and-true, effective and efficient methodologies.

Our founder Raf Van Puyvelde
Raf has been doing marketing ever since he started on the job market. But in the last years, marketing has become a lot more complex due to the increasing use of data and automation, and the shifting focus to digital. It makes it difficult to understand every aspect of marketing, but having a broad network of consultants, there is always someone with the right skills.
In the first 12 years of his career, Raf has learnt a lot working for banks and telecom companies. But the first two years after he started working as a consultant, he noticed he learnt a lot more compared to the previous 12 years.
Consultancy gives people the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in a short amount of time, which makes consulting a very interesting challenge.
