5 Time-saving tools for social media advertising
Let’s face it, we all are busy people. Advertising on social media as a business owner or marketing team, even if you have unlimited funds, is easier said than done. That’s why you need to be aware of these handy time-saving tools before you start your next social media campaign.
1. Clever ads app
Of course, it’s common knowledge that when you want to advertise on sites like Facebook, Instagram, etc. you use their ads manager. But are you like me and spending less and less time behind your desktop and more on mobile devices? If you answered yes, you might want to look up Clever Ads. This handy app lets you combine all of your ad accounts into one smooth experience. This way you can set up all your campaigns and get reports on the go.
2. Driftrock
With clients like BMW and Coca-Cola, Driftrock couldn’t be left out of my list. An all-in-one service you must look into. Driftrock allows you to create, schedule, and get real-time reports from almost all online platforms and is compatible with Google Ads. A fun feature with Driftrock is that you can set up your Facebook ads campaigns with parameters, like the weather or even link them to TV-schedules. This allows you to reach your target audience in a whole new way.
3. Grammarly
Not all of us are the next Shakespeare. With some people writing comes as second nature, with others not so much. That’s why I wanted to include a tool like Grammarly in my list. For those who don’t know it yet, Grammarly ensures everything you write comes across the way you intended. It helps you to write without any errors. Even if you are sure of your capabilities, run your copy through the tool. Because there’s nothing more frustrating than seeing ads with spelling mistakes.
I know there are many spelling-correcting tools but I chose to highlight Grammarly because of its very easy-to-use chrome extension which gives it more user-friendliness than most of its competitors.
4. Canva
Professional creative tools like Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator are most of the time a big monthly cost for self-employed or small business owners. Therefore I wanted to include Canva. This tool lets you create very social media-worthy visuals fairly easily at a low cost. One benefit of using Canva is their social proof templates which give you all the right measurements for all of your socials. Yet another thing you don’t need to worry about!
5. Hootsuite ads
Last but definitely not least, we have Hootsuite. Known for their organic content planner and their renowned Hootsuite-academy. They now have Hootsuite Ads, which allows you to run PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Combine these three things and you get a well-rounded tool to monitor all of your socials.
Conclusion
With these 5 tools, your next social media campaign is going to be a success! Whether you are self-employed and you do everything yourself or you have a marketing team behind you, these tools can give you the extra edge you need to stand out.
