We are looking for a Tenderdesk Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful implementation of public tenders in all Belgium
  • Together with the account manager and the different stakeholders, you translate the client needs into a successful commercial offer.
  • Lead the bid team trough the progress of the public tenders, inspire them to improve.
  • Analyse the feasibility and profitability of the tenders and manage to bid team to achieve their deadlines.
  • Constantly improve the progress, quality and speed of the tenders.
  • Detect the trends and law amendments
  • You report directly to the sales director

Skills:

  • At least 6 years’ experience in a commercial job or experience with tender management
  • Experience with complex contracts is a must
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to details
  • Responsible
  • Meet deadlines
  • Commercial skills, listening skills and creative skills
  • French with fluent Dutch
