Ownership:

  • Responsible for all HR & Talent matters: HR & People Management, Talent Acquisition & On-boarding, Talent Development, Performance Management, Retention Management, HR & Payroll Administration (in collaboration with a social secretariat) and Internal communication.
  • Set a clear HR & Talent Management vision, strategy, plan, budget and reporting (strategic responsibility)
  • Operational implementation and management of all HR & Talent matters
  • First point of contact for employees and management about HR related questions
  • Core member of the Management Team and reports to the Managing director.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in soft and hard HR
  • Good knowledge of social and labour law
  • People manager, clear communicator, solution-oriented
  • Reliable, flexible and stress-resistant personality
  • Background in a B2B services and/or in a marketing environment is a clear asset
  • Very good knowledge Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • Very good computer skills (MS office, CRM, …)
