- Responsible for all HR & Talent matters: HR & People Management, Talent Acquisition & On-boarding, Talent Development, Performance Management, Retention Management, HR & Payroll Administration (in collaboration with a social secretariat) and Internal communication.
- Set a clear HR & Talent Management vision, strategy, plan, budget and reporting (strategic responsibility)
- Operational implementation and management of all HR & Talent matters
- First point of contact for employees and management about HR related questions
- Core member of the Management Team and reports to the Managing director.
- Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in soft and hard HR
- Good knowledge of social and labour law
- People manager, clear communicator, solution-oriented
- Reliable, flexible and stress-resistant personality
- Background in a B2B services and/or in a marketing environment is a clear asset
- Very good knowledge Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Very good computer skills (MS office, CRM, …)
