We are looking for a Business Development Manager. In charge of Business Development and acquiring new customers, subsequently Account Management within the top 1500 companies in Belgium.

Focus on Interim Management services in Sales and Marketing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, acquire and foster independently new clients for 4P square in the top 1500 segment
  • Pro-actively develop sales relations with stakeholders to identify business opportunities in the most early stage
  • Lead-generation
  • Increase the number of customers and consultants placed at clients to uplift the turnover of 4P Square in the interim management segment
  • Account & Quality Management: follow-up accounts, clients and consultants performance to increase turnover, to identify new opportunities and guarantee quality and satisfaction
  • Respect weekly a strict minimum number of contacts by phone, e-mail and actual visits
  • Manage contract renewals
  • Keeping database in CRM up-to-date
  • Participate at the sales meetings
  • Attend 4P square events, trainings and develop good relationships with our payroll and freelance consultants
  • Develop the yearly Business & Sales plan with the management

Profile

  • Business related Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Between 5 and 8 years of experience as Business Development Manager
  • Hunter with Account Management talents
  • Ability to work independently but also cooperative in a small team
  • Result-oriented, driven, communicative and commercial mindset
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
  • Experience in Marketing, B2B sales in services, HR, Consulting, Interim Management, … is a plus
