The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent & HR Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Talent acquisition
  • Hunting and screening potential candidates (payroll & freelance)
  • Conduct phone interviews and 1st face to face
  • Create shortlist of candidates to be interviewed by Talent & HR Manager
  • Present candidates to sales within 48 hours
  • Talent development
  • Develop, manage and implement the acquisition vision and strategy with the Talent & HR Manager
  • Development of strong employer branding in cooperation with HR & Talent Manager
  • Supervise and manage the talent pool for both freelancers and payroll consultants
  • Take ownership of the 4P square Academy
  • Lead the performance meetings
  • Manage external recruiters



  • At least 5 years of experience in talent management & acquisition
  • Experience with search and selection, also with freelance talent
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with consulting / marketing is an asset


  • Able to hunt for freelance talent
  • Able to combine managerial and operational tasks in an organised way
  • Able to work together with a fast moving sales team
