Our client is a major bank and needs temporary support to take in charge the management of corporate and transversal external events for retail and private banking.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and implementing client and corporate events (from briefing to coordination on site)
  • Provide strategy, planning and tactical support for events
  • Create briefing with good understanding of the client requirements and objective to achieve 
  • Execute innovative events that promote brand and social engagement 
  • Event concept design 
  • Build relevant and strong content proposal et follow the production
  • Responsible for project budgets from start to finish. 
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Ensure excellent service and quality delivery
  • Provide follow up reporting related to ROI around the events
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Traveling to on site and project managing events

Experience

  • 5-10 years experience with event project management
  • Used to work with complex environments
